Hi my name is Emnet! welcome to the “Under the Olive Tree” podcast! This podcast is a platform where we have conversations about real life matters such as faith, ministry, singleness, dating, marriage, parenting, culture, business and any social events in a fun and authentic way. This is a no-judgement zone. We work hard to offer grace and understanding to our guests and their stories and the conversations we have. We value authenticity, vulnerability, realness and fun conversations.
Though this podcast is mainly focused on faith based worldviews we also welcome different perspectives and discussions that promotes love for our community, acceptance, justice and social growth in any capacity.
Most of the episodes will feature guests that are known in the Ethiopian Evangelical churches and Habesha communities around the world for their work and ministry around the church. We will invite our guests to openly share their life experiences on our interviews and we will try to highlight some of their works. We are passionate about creating a place that anyone can be friendly and have a fun and peaceful conversation regardless of their backgrounds.
